Educational Suite

Welcome to the VET GOES RURAL educational suite! This project was created to address the needs and priorities recently confirmed by the EU and its Member States. The EU Council Recommendation on VET (December 2020) highlights the importance of making VET programmes accessible to vulnerable groups, low-skilled individuals, and people living in rural or remote areas. In addition, it stresses the need for VET staff to undertake continuing professional development to deliver high-quality training through digital skills and innovative methods.

The VET GOES RURAL project is in line with the EU policy-making framework and aims to enhance and support rural people's participation in VET. Our 7 partners identified the need to cooperate transnationally to innovate their educational practices and transfer them to other education and policy practitioners from their isolated rural and remote communities.

Our educational suite offers a range of resources that have been specifically developed to meet the needs of those living and working in rural and remote areas. We believe that everyone should have access to quality vocational education and training, regardless of their location or background. Our suite includes a variety of digital skills training, innovative methods for teaching, and resources for VET staff development.

We are proud to offer this educational suite to our community and beyond, and we hope that it will help to improve access to vocational education and training for all. Please explore our resources and feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions or feedback.
